44 Days of Rob ~ Day 39: Favorite Picture of Rob Walking or Running Rob’s got this great “on” switch when it comes to red carpets and promo. his natural gait is already fantastically lanky, wonky, long limbed and unique but his red carpet stride is fit for runways. i marvel at it ever since i saw it in person at the NM premiere. he is confident and strong. charming and natural. and he glows. ;) he’s a sight to behold on that red carpet and represents himself amazingly.  there’s another reason i love this pic but that shouldn’t be a surprise since you know im all about ROCK love. ;)

44 Days of Rob ~ Day 36: Your “perfect amount” of facial hair Rob picture  GAH. this one is tough because the man looks great with all lengths of facial hair from baby smooth to mountain man. i guess i have to go with stubble dust. it needed to be something that still allows you to see his facial features because his bone structure is gorgeous. i didn’t pick baby smooth because that’s just not him. he’s a chia pet. gets 5 o’clock shadows at noon. he’s a MAN. so there’s gotta be a little bit there on his face.  this is seriously so hard tho because i also love it grown out just a little more and i love the scruff and i love the scrufftee and i love i love i love. :D

44 Days of Rob ~ Day 35: Favorite Portrait Picture of Rob for Presscon/Junkets portrait shoots with Rob are like windows into his soul. his face is so expressive and it just shines in the series of pictures. they’re all wonderful. i picked this one because of the beauty in his features…the vulnerability he can express in his eyes. it’s a great shot. i look forward to more films that let Rob expand on his expressiveness.

44 Days of Rob ~ Day 34: Favorite on-set photo of Rob “He’s just a ray of sunshine.” YUP. I adore this pic. Here’s David Cronenberg’s full quote when he was talking to MTV after Cosmopolis won the MTV Movie Brawl earlier this year: He’s terrific. He deserves the affection that the fans have for him. He’s incredibly sweet, he’s very funny, he’s very bright and he’s also very knowledgeable about cinema. Not just movies but the history of cinema. He knows a lot about it. He’s just a sweetheart. And he’s totally professional. He’s always right there. We had a lot of fun shooting [the movie] because, as I say, he has a great sense of humor. We just played a lot. I think that’s a really great tone that’s set for everybody on the set. The lead actor has a really big influence on the tone of the shoot. If you’ve got a guy who’s very difficult and neurotic or whatever, they can’t help but affect everybody’s day. But Rob is not like that. He’s just a ray of sunshine. In fact, he’s in absolutely every scene of the movie, so obviously his temperament would have a huge influence on how the shoot went … and it was a dream. It was a beautiful shoot.

44 Days of Rob ~ Day 33: Favorite Rob Wallpaper I’ve had a long day. Things and people. Time for a philosophical pause. Some reflection, yes. this wallpaper is not my favorite but it carries sentimental value. it was one of the first wallpapers @mholshev showed me Dec. 2010. she said she thought it wasn’t good enough because she sent it to Robsessed but never heard back from us. i told her she was crazy and things get lost in the email because we always post fan art and videos. i also told her it was awesome. i loved her graphical eye as well as her Rob eye. they paired wonderfully together and i encouraged her to make some more wallpapers for the blog. if you’ve been a regular reader, you’re aware of the time period we had the “making you the love” wallpapers. all marina. all awesome. all making me the love. it was also marina’s creative eye that speared Cosmopolis Film through every Friday with Chauffeur M’s wallpapers. Over a year of wallpapers, every Friday. the girl is talent and beyond and i love everything she’s ever made with that gorgeous man as her muse. this wallpaper was just the beginning.

44 Days of Rob ~ Day 31: Favorite picture of Rob from a TV show appearance since 2011 *WARNING - SAPPY* this is a sentimental pick. i adore Rob but moments when i admire him really strike me. i was lucky enough to be at this taping and see a man walk out onto a stage, knowing an enormous amount of eyes would be on every inch of him and ears would be capturing every word and breath. yet he was grace under fire. more handsome than ever with a new, fresh look. vulnerable without being too revealing. charming with a sense of humor. proud of his work and a constant professional. i know this. i know these things about Rob. i’m not a fan of his shallowly. but it’s like, you know the universe is grand and beyond your imagination but you go every day without thinking about how awesome it is until a random night, the sky is clear and you can see a billion stars. you remember how amazing it is. how amazing it’s ALWAYS been.

44 Days of Rob ~ Day 30: Favorite picture of Rob from Breaking Dawn European promo  Rob was simply delicious in Paris, Brussels and Sweden with that scrufftee. what a look on an already gorgeous man. blew me away…but he always does this, doesn’t he? look at what he did during Cosmo promo in NYC. came out the gates and blew us all away. *sigh* really any of the cities would win over the rest of the European stops because of that scrufftee. i went with Rob’s sexy sweater look in Sweden. GAWD.
